I or a friend will come through frequently enough that I don't worry too much about it. Everyone who visits them is the type of person who leaves it better than the found it so they're always in great shape when we get there. Upkeep isn't expensive in general, and the properties are mostly quite modest and inexpensive. Average price per property is <$100k (total, not per person)
