I think a glaring flaw in your portfolio is a risk you may not have considered. The strength, or fragility, of the two small name brokerage firms you are entrusting. Why not go first class?

IBKR (Interactive Brokers) is the brokerage of choice for professional traders and is my choice because they offer ~1% margin loans. Free SIPC insurance covers up to $500k, so it doesn't really matter who you choose.
