For the record, Kaizentrack is the ONLY usable program out there right now. Those other ones are thousands of dollars a month. It's just that it sucks compared to TynanTrack.
If I recommended Kaizentrack to you, I will give you my program for free.
Elai: I can't imagine anything being easier than PHP. I took a quick look at Ruby but it seemed complicated.
