It sounds like a pretty cool idea. It also sounds like it's some kind of extreme backlash against having so much stuff. I think eventually you'll find a happy medium between having almost nothing and having stupid amounts of crap.
If you can pull off the nomadic living, though, then more power to you. It would definitely be an adventure. Living in an RV would probably restrict your options, female or otherwise, when you're travelling (can you really bring a girl back to an RV parked at Wal Mart after a night out!?) but mega-flexible. Also be prepared to be stuck in really random cities, without hot food or water, when it breaks.
