I can't stand popcorn at the movie theaters anymore (they don't even pop it themselves, they ship most of it in pre-popped and only pop some so you THINK it is freshly made) and it tasts like styrofoam. I have never liked butter on my popcorn. Microwave popcorn stinks and states like plastic.
Growing up this was the kind of popcorn popper we had and we used to make it all the time (my parents still do). I am going to buy one of these b/c I miss GOOD popcorn. Popcorn popped in a Stir Crazy is the only kind I like.
