i just switched to the sero plan, it took me about 6-10 calls and finally was able to switch my existing "fair and flexible" plan to the sero plan, some of the representatives had no clue what it was... just call 1-888-876-8381, they will definetely help you change your account. they didnt even ask me for any referals or anything... just switched it
