It's called the non-duality, it's a theory that only one consciousness exists and only your body is directly connected to the consciousness which makes it seem like other bodies aren't controlled by your consciousness, even though in reality they are. It's an interesting way of looking at the world, as if the 'real world' is really just another 'dream' as well.
BTW tribulus, i would have thought that was something of a given. Seeing as how dreams occur entirely in your mind. Unless you believe in some sort of ESP, where while dreaming you communicate with other minds. However given the nature of dreams to be highly personal and insightful this seem improbable.
