I'm really sorry you didn't get your real Magellan. BUT the up side of this could be - if you would have gotten him, more than likely that is when you would have seen your disaster. If I remember correctly penguins have pretty sharp claws. Sharp claws and a VERY LARGE inflatable pool - yeah I think I can see it now.
Still loved the idea of the pool in the livingroom!! I would have tought of something like that too.
