What of the following is most true and the best long term option:
1. Will power is a muscle. Use it alot and it gets stronger. Do everything you find hard and are afraid of, take cold showers, eat clean, wake up early etc etc
2. You only have a certain amount of willpower. Use your will power to what you consider most important. Don´t waste it on less important stuff.

Training parkour (easy, my biggest passion, takes no will power)
