So can a woman really affect your mood, or would it be more accurate to say your thinking, beliefs and concepts about that woman's actions affects your mood? Big difference......

Since a decision only happens when it happens, are you sure you really have anything to do with it? Maybe you're not deciding, maybe you're being decided.........
We only have right now, and right now, etc. and we only do what we do and we never do what we don't do, so no worries.....
Hey, I love personal growth pursuits for myself. Have done it my whole life. However, I don't think of myself as a better human being when I improve at an activity. Maybe this issue is merely semantics, but I don't see evidence that a persons worth as a human being changes based on their degree of accomplishment at an activity.
Because Lebron James is better at the activity of basketball than I am, does that make him a better human being than I am?

Yup. It's really about the journey, isn't it? We only get right now, and right now and right now.......I love the saying, "Remember, happiness is a means of travel, not a destination."
So if you reach the moment that you perceive that you have met your chosen goals, go to bed and awake the next morning, what do you think you're gonna want to do?
