Reply to Roughly What You Deserve
Tynan I'm curious, do you compare yourself to others a lot?

It really sounds like you're killing it Tynan. I'm curious, do you re-read books every year?
This is a great post Tynan.
What are the three changes (or eliminations) you've made that had the biggest impact?
And on a more general note. I'm curious what your view is on attachment. I know you're opponent of attachment towards objects. What about people? And partners?
Great post Tynan.
From neuroscience we now know that humans don't have free will. Everything we do and think is a product of genes, environment and previous events. This tells me that self-awareness and building healthy habits is the only opportunity we have to feed into life's feedback loop, and create a brighter future for ourselves.
Tynan, I'd love to hear how you feel the illusion of free will relates to your principles and way of living?
We are all capable of creating but I think Tynan is perfectly right stating that only few people do.
To me the the dichotomy is very much related to dreamers vs doers. I write about the two types in this post if you're interested.
This is a very useful and motivating insight, Tynan.Do you also have a strong need for perfection? How do you handle the adversity of recognizing that what you're creating doesn't meet your expectations? That it's somehow harder than you thought?Thx for sharing./Jonas
Thanks Tynan. This was pretty insightful. I've always been aware of the fact that I'm consciously trying to improve, no matter what I do. The thought that some people perhaps never use this approach was somehow quite surprising though.
