I've seen a couple of topics in the community about books.  There has been some great discussion and suggested reading in these posts, so I'd like to know more about how you read.

I switched to ebooks two years ago - currently on a Kindle Fire.  The Kindle can't be beat for convenience but I have never been satisfied with the built in note-taking / highlighting system.  I'm on the verge of switching back to print just so that I can take and organize notes in my old system.

Do you take notes in your e-reader, and, if so, what is your system?
