Nathan: I used CreateSpace, an Amazon service for self publishing. It’s not very expensive, although they do take a big cut of the sale (over 50%).

PPP: I covered that in a previous post. The gist of it is that I’m not going to be the best poker player in the world, so I’m going to focus on something that I will be the best at (Life Nomadic).

Llamas: Yes. you would get the physical book as well automatically. Make sure to use the link in this post. No, no protein supplements.

Dave: I’m not trying to make a ton of money on it – just enough to make it worth my time to ship them all myself.

Gmilit: Other than give those who read my blog an advance copy at a good price, no. I like to do nice things for my customers, but if I offered free copies to past clients I would probably end up paying more for those copies than I’ll make selling new ones here.
