Since then, I&#039;ve lost 85lbs. I&#039;ve been really happy with the results, but my losses have kind of bottomed out recently, because I&#039;ve been making a few too many of those exceptions you mentioned. I think this post has helped me get my head on straight, again.Also, I&#039;d like to thank you for that link about depression. Depression--or what I think is depression, at least--is something I&#039;ve been struggling with for some time, now. I like living a straight edge lifestyle, but I&#039;ve been considering medication, more and more.
