When you die your soul leaves your body... I have worked through several memories of past life deaths. So you're just freezing an empty shell. In a thousand years, this will probably be common knowledge so they'll just cremate you or something. Even if they did reanimate the body, another soul would probably step in, and you don't know who it would be - it wouldn't be you, but it would have whatever cellular memories were in your tissues.
